Part-Time Office Administrator
Senior Helpers of Melbourne is seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Administrator to support their growing home care agency. This role involves coordinating client onboarding, caregiver coordination, and managing daily administrative operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage internal onboarding of new clients
Communicate with physicians’ offices, hospitals, and related healthcare providers
Prepare, send, and track documents using DocuSign
Maintain and update client and caregiver records within WellSky (experience required)
Monitor and track caregiver training attendance and compliance
Assist with scheduling support and administrative follow-up
Provide after-hours on-call support in the evenings as needed
Support general office operations, reporting, and special projects
Working with the scheduling team
Qualification
Required
Prior Experience With WellSky Is Required
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Comfortable with document management, data entry, and compliance tracking
Professional phone and email communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently
Preferred
Healthcare, Home Care, Or Administrative Experience Preferred
