Responsibilities
Lead sales
Identify and develop new business opportunities, expanding the customer network using CRM tools
Communicate with customers about project requirements, manufacturing methods, and component specifications
Review 3D CAD models and 2D drawings to understand customer needs and facilitate accurate project proposals
Collaborate with internal engineering teams (Japan Headquarters and other locations including local resources) to discuss and clarify customer projects
Coordinate manufacturing activities with group production locations to establish first orders, including molds and tooling
Utilize basic metrology instruments to gain insights into customer component quality, including understanding GD&T
Support in-house prototyping processes, including Investment Casting and Metal Injection Molding (MIM), to validate and optimize customer projects
Perform other duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business tools
Preferred
Japanese/English bilingual ability is a plus (if applicable)
