Responsibilities

Leverage your expertise in Slate and Salesforce to design and build innovative solutions that directly support students from their first inquiry to their life as alumni

Provide technical resource for the university's CRM systems, including Technolutions Slate and Salesforce

Resolve a wide range of business process issues by designing, configuring, and implementing solutions within the CRMs and integrated SaaS applications for workflow and forms

Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques to support the entire student lifecycle, from prospective students to alumni engagement, ensuring data integrity and a seamless user experience
