Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementations, including EPM, FAH, GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, Expenses, SLA, and Intercompany Accounting. EPM and FAH is key area for the profiles
Architect global structures—legal entities, ledgers, multi-currency models, and cost centers aligned with regulatory requirements
Devise integration strategies using Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms
Implementation & Configuration
Configure Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, and Financial Close processes
Set up accounting hubs, subledger rules, financial reporting workflows, and user access/security models (RBAC, SoD)
Data Migration & Integration
Oversee data migration using FBDI, ADFdi, custom scripts, ensuring high-quality legacy system conversions
Lead integration design with third-party systems and legacy ERP environments
Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership
Partner with finance leaders to capture business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and present ROI/ business cases
Serve as primary liaison between finance teams, IT, and executive leadership, translating needs into technical specifications
Governance, Testing & Support
Lead architecture reviews, system testing (Unit, Integration, UAT), and troubleshoot performance issues
Provide post-implementation support, monitor quarterly updates, enforce compliance (SOX, GDPR), and guide change management
Qualification
Required
BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
EPM is must have
