They are seeking a skilled Drill Coring Technician responsible for operating coring drills to extract samples for engineering purposes, ensuring safety and quality control in various field conditions.

Responsibilities
Perform concrete, asphalt, or soil coring using handheld and rig-mounted coring equipment
Follow job specifications and safety protocols at all times
Accurately measure and mark coring locations according to project requirements
Collect, label, and store core samples for testing and documentation
Transport and set up drilling equipment at job sites
Conduct basic maintenance and troubleshooting of coring equipment
Complete daily field reports and submit documentation in a timely manner
Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and other field staff
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to read and interpret maps, directions, project specifications, and construction plans
Physically able to lift, move, bend, climb, and work in various outdoor conditions
Capability to obtain necessary industry certifications
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Word)
Preferred
Prior experience in core drilling, construction, or a related field preferred
