Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls from customers and internal associates

Contact customers via phone and email in pursuit of payment on accounts

Be the first point of contact for any customer with Accounts Receivable or Billing questions

Spend 50% of your time interacting with customers on the phone

Maintain regular follow-ups on accounts to ensure problem resolution and payment of outstanding balances

Authorize credit holds and placement with collection agencies if necessary
