Responsibilities
Handle 35–45 inbound calls per day from borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions
Answer questions related to homeowners insurance, including payments and coverage
Navigate multiple systems to research and document calls accurately
Deliver quick, professional, and accurate resolutions while meeting internal and external standards
Qualification
Required
1+ year of recent customer service experience (call center preferred; admin/front desk considered)
Proficiency with Windows PC and basic computer literacy
Typing speed of 35 WPM or higher
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Reliable internet connection and transportation
Basic Computer Literacy (70% passing score)
One-minute typing test (35 WPM passing)
Preferred
2+ years of call center experience
Background in insurance or mortgage servicing
