Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here
Oversee the full of breadth offered programs to ensure the extremely high standards of The Little Gym International are met
Oversee training and evaluation of your fellow The Little Gym team members
Qualification
Required
Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics
Ability to provide outstanding customer service and membership experience
Ability to oversee training and evaluation of team members
Ability to teach classes based on proven curriculum and teaching method
Preferred
Strong sense of fulfillment
Ability to keep fit while working
Experience in a fun, high-energy work environment
