Lead and execute design initiatives across the product lifecycle
Shape experiences that engage and delight users
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Engineering, to ensure designs are aligned with both user needs and company goals
Qualification
Required
Must have a design portfolio demonstrating strong UX and visual design solutions, with an emphasis on identifying and meaningfully solving true user problems
Must have 6+ years of professional experience, specifically as a Product Designer of direct-to-consumer applications
Must have extensive experience in responsive web-based design and delivery (video/audio or streaming background preferred but not essential)
Must have masterful Figma skills including a solid understanding of Design Systems/Design Kits and prototyping
