Responsibilities
POC Leadership: Drive end-to-end execution of AI/ML proof-of-concept projects, from ideation to delivery
Solution Design: Architect and implement AI models and pipelines tailored to client needs
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, data, engineering) to ensure successful integration of AI solutions
Innovation: Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption strategies
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare technical documentation and present progress to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP
Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and hyperscalers (AWS, Databricks, OpenAI)
Proficiency in Python and familiarity with data engineering tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interactions
Leadership qualities with experience in mentoring and managing technical teams
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
