Responsibilities

Lead long-range planning, financial strategy, and capital allocation across the business unit

Drive profitability, investment prioritization, and performance optimization initiatives

Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting cycles

Lead margin analysis, R&D ROI, and pricing strategy with commercial teams

Partner across manufacturing, supply chain, and product functions

Collaborate with GM and leaders across R&D, Ops, Sales, and Marketing

Shape decisions around capacity, product launches, and global expansion

Build and develop a global finance team across FP&A and operations

Ensure governance, US GAAP, and SOX compliance

Required

Proven success as a Business Unit CFO or divisional finance leader supporting $150M–$2B+ global manufacturing operations

Deep experience in Manufacturing Finance (Cost Accounting, Inventory, etc.)

Deep experience in publicly traded manufacturing environments

Strong record influencing across commercial and operational finance

Skilled people leader with experience building global teams

Open to relocation or a hybrid commute to Silicon Valley
