Responsibilities
Own mobile and POS automation strategy, POCs, training, UAT process, and automated reporting for project status, executions, and defect management
Lead POS and EMV automation solutions using Abrantix Robots, UL Brand Test Tool, Card Multiplexers, REST, Python, NetOp, and SEG QA lab infrastructure
Lead and mentor QA teams, driving process improvements, operating models, SLAs, and governance with executive-ready dashboards
Build and manage distributed onsite–offshore QA teams, including capacity planning, budgeting, vendor management, and performance oversight
Architect and implement automation frameworks using Selenium, Appium 2, C#/Python/Java, Page Object Model, parallel cloud execution like Perfecto Mobile/Lambda Test, and SonarQube for Code Quality
