Law Firm Administrator
David Hirson & Partners, LLP is seeking an experienced Law Firm Administrator to oversee day-to-day operations, human resources, payroll, and internal systems for a growing immigration law firm. This senior, hands-on leadership role carries firm-wide authority over operations and HR and serves as a strategic partner to the firm’s attorneys and leadership.

Responsibilities
Manage firm operations, workflows, and standard operating procedures; serve as the primary operational decision-maker
Oversee HR functions, including hiring, onboarding, and employee relations
Administer payroll, benefits, and ADP systems
Coordinate internal systems, vendors, and IT support
Support billing processes, budgeting, and operational metrics
Ensure high service standards and operational compliance
Partner with attorneys to support productivity, capacity planning, and service delivery
Ensure compliance with employment laws, firm policies, and operational best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
7+ years of experience in operations and human resources
Strong judgment, organizational skills, and ability to operate independently
Demonstrated ability to lead staff, implement systems, and manage firm-wide operations
Preferred
Experience in professional services or regulated environments preferred
