Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of finance professionals
Deliver timely financial reporting and analysis to support executive decision-making
Maintain and enhance internal controls across the organization
Partner with leadership to streamline processes and leverage technology for efficiency
Support ERP initiatives, data visualization, and system improvements
Oversee daily accounting operations with accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's preferred)
Active CPA required
8–10 years of progressive accounting experience, including audit and financial reporting
Public accounting and manufacturing industry exposure strongly preferred
2–4 years of team leadership/management experience
Proficiency with Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau); Oracle ERP experience preferred
Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred
Master's degree in Accounting or Finance

Familiarity with automation, AI, and data-driven reporting tools is a plus
