Responsibilities
Regular Reporting: Design and implement reliable reports from given data sources and distribute those reports on a reoccurring basis. This is often in the form of dashboarding but can also be generating files regularly
Data Processing and Cleanup: Be responsible for data solutions to be able to integrate raw data sources into functional formats for analytics, dashboarding, and reporting. This requires knowledge of NLP (Natural Language Processing), Regex, and Data Cleaning
Qualification
Required
3+ Years of experience
Strong analytical and reporting background
Experience in dashboarding tools, such as Power BI or Tableau
Experience with DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), either in Excel or Power BI
Ability to analyze trends in complex data
Ability to communicate complex information efficiently and effectively
Experience with SQL Databases
Knowledge of SQL
Hands-on experience with SQL, preferably in the context of interfacing with a Microsoft SQL Server
Experience automating manual tasks, such as data entry into a spreadsheet
Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, ITOM, ITAM)
Solid grasp of ITIL or related ITSM best practices
Ability to work with large datasets, spot trends, and create actionable insights
Proven track record of producing clear, meaningful reports and dashboards
Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills
Preferred
Experience with DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), either in Excel or Power BI
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, Java
Experience with dashboarding software (Power BI or Tableau)
