Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end migration to the new CRM platform with minimal disruption to business operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define migration strategy, timelines, and deliverables
Manage data volumes and throughput, ensuring accurate data mapping during migration
Oversee QA processes to maintain data integrity and system functionality
Coordinate migration of email marketing workflows including other channel workflows and campaigns into the new CRM
Ensure seamless integration with marketing automation tools and maintain campaign continuity
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
Apply Agile methodologies to manage workflows and deliver iterative improvements
Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

Required

Business Process Management (BPM)
CRM Functional Marketing Processes
Capacity Planning
Proven experience in project management for CRM migration or similar technology projects
Strong understanding of data management, QA processes, and email marketing systems
Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
Familiarity with Agile frameworks and tools (Scrum, Kanban)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
