Responsibilities
Techno-Functional Expertise
Configure Manhattan WMS modules (Active, SCALE, or WMOS)
Write and review technical specs for customizations, integrations, and reports
Collaborate with developers on APIs, middleware, and EDI integrations
Business Process Alignment
Translating finance requirements into ERP solutions
Ensuring workflows align with SOX, or local compliance standards
Stakeholder Enablement
Training finance teams and IT staff
Work with warehouse managers, supply chain leaders, and IT teams
Acting as the go-to person for troubleshooting and optimization
Conduct workshops, requirement gathering, and gap analysis
Provide training and support for end-users
Solution Design & Implementation
Lead end-to-end WMS implementations and upgrades
Translate warehouse operational requirements into system configurations
Design workflows for inbound, outbound, inventory, and labor management
Qualification
Required
Warehouse operations knowledge (receiving, picking, shipping)
SQL, PL/SQL, Java, or scripting
Supply chain KPIs & process optimization
Manhattan WMS configuration & tuning
Strong documentation & process mapping
Change management & training
API, EDI, and integration frameworks for the flow of data in and out of WMS
Advising on system configuration, workflow design, and integration with other enterprise systems
Supporting upgrades, patches, and customizations
Techno-Functional Expertise
Configure Manhattan WMS modules (Active, SCALE, or WMOS)
