Responsibilities
Provide direct support and guidance to staff on all technical aspects
Assist with training for staff on basic IT best practices company wide
Oversee all installation and upgrades to computers and IT devices, as necessary
Document all work performed, create status reports for ongoing issues, and maintain detailed records
Oversee security functions to identify threats and manage security concerns
