Responsibilities
Develop and optimize Paid Search strategies across multiple verticals
Own performance outcomes for assigned accounts and KPIs impacting the P&L
Build scalable processes to expand campaigns efficiently across new industries
Identify key topics and design account structures for new verticals
Translate campaign performance into insights that drive business development and growth opportunities
Manage an A/B testing pipeline to continuously refine bidding, ad copy, and landing pages
Partner with Google Ads and Bing Ads teams to stay ahead of industry trends
Monitor and react to performance data and competitive trends
Create and present detailed performance reports and recommendations
Conduct and update competitive analyses to identify keyword and ad copy opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (required)
Strong understanding of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and analytics tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Sharp attention to detail and ownership over your work
