Responsibilities
Provide leadership oversight across multiple utility scale solar projects, maintaining control of schedule, cost, safety, and quality
Act as a senior escalation point for complex construction, subcontractor, and commercial challenges
Support early phase execution planning, including engineering readiness, subcontracting strategy, and procurement coordination
Establish a practical operating cadence for reporting, forecasting, and risk management that supports decision-making rather than process
Mentor Project Managers on subcontractor performance, schedule discipline, commercial awareness, and client communication
Conduct targeted project reviews and support corrective actions when required, remaining focused on outcomes rather than documentation
Partner closely with leadership on high-impact delivery decisions and client-facing matters
Maintain active visibility across field operations to ensure teams are supported and issues are addressed early
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience delivering utility scale solar projects in an EPC environment
Strong background in electrical scope coordination, subcontractor management, and field execution
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining tight cost and schedule control
Experience supporting or leading other Project Managers in a senior or oversight capacity
Comfortable operating with high autonomy and accountability in a lean organization
Willingness to travel as required to support projects and teams
Preferred
Background with boutique EPCs, electrical contractors, or execution-led general contractors preferred
