Responsibilities

Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and creative prospecting strategies
Qualify prospects by understanding their needs, challenges, and fit for our solutions
Book meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to Account Managers for closing
Maintain pipeline discipline by tracking activity, updating CRM, and managing follow-up cadences
Adapt and iterate messaging based on what's working—you'll experiment, learn fast, and pivot
Hit activity and conversion targets consistently while maintaining quality standards
