Responsibilities

Looking for a senior developer with seasoned hands-on development experience with ServiceNow HRSD and CSM

Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow HRSD/CSM solutions

Designed and implemented end-to-end Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions for enterprise clients

End-to-end implementation of HRSD, configuring HR Case Management, Knowledge Management, and Employee Center Pro

Deploy Employee Center portal with HRSD to centralize HR services, improve onboarding, and enhance compliance

Strong knowledge and implementation expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM (CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping), HRSD modules with an end to end implementation experience

Designed HRSD Case Types, lifecycle events, Employee Service Center (ESC) to Streamline HR operations

Collaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency

Ensure security, compliance, and scalability of the contact center environment

Required
