Responsibilities
Provide functional and technical expertise in relation to support and maintenance of the Fulcrum app for Field Service functions
Key responsibilities may include business requirements, gap analysis, architecture validation, initial system design, system migration and testing
Liaise with Fulcrum vendor for product issues. Manage and track tickets and issue fixes with vendor. Ensure fixes are tested and verified
Participate in strategy discussions related to Fulcrum app
Responsible to lead the support team and manage stakeholders in the customer hierarchy
Provide periodic status & progress reports to key stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Working knowledge of programming languages utilized in Fulcrum App (Javascript, Python, Ruby)
Extensive hands-on experience with REST API framework, Webhooks and Zapier
Experience in programs following Agile methodologies
Experience with Jira and Service Now tools
Knowledge of Application maintenance and support best practices
Bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering or similar technical domain
At least 8 years of experience in business and technical consulting, or relevant engagement support services for field support services
At least 5 years of experience with Fulcrum app in technical implementation or support engagements
Preferred
Experience in Gas Utility and understanding of business functions in different gas business units is preferred
