The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a customer-driven Client Project Implementation Consultant to serve as the main point of contact for clients during the implementation stage. This role involves evaluating client needs, providing training and support, and ensuring alignment with project goals.

Responsibilities

Evaluate client needs and develop configurations that support business processes

Assist external clients in the implementation of technical systems, software, hardware or solutions

Provide training and end-user support during and after the implementation process

Communicate with leadership internally and externally to keep the project aligned with their goals

Required

Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience

2-4 years of professional services/technology consulting/sales engineering experience with a focus in software or equivalent experience

Ability to travel (up to 80%), ability to travel to Canada

Knowledge of CRM tools, SaaS and general programming methodologies and software architecture or equivalent knowledge

Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Ability to convey technical information in an easy to understand way

Strong presentation skills

Must have a valid driver's license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
