They are seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to own client growth strategy, manage relationships with high-profile clients, and drive growth outcomes across multiple creator-led e-learning businesses.

Responsibilities
Act as the primary strategic lead for a portfolio of high-profile creator and education clients
Build deep trust by communicating clearly, honestly, and proactively
Know when to push for action and when to let strategies mature
Lead difficult conversations with confidence, empathy, and precision
Ensure clients feel supported, challenged, and confident in the direction
Design and oversee growth strategies for creator-led and information businesses
Identify leverage points across:
Content and audience growth (especially Instagram and Meta platforms)
Funnels, launches, and evergreen offers
Webinars, messaging, and conversion optimization
Paid media and traffic ecosystems
Pressure-test ideas quickly and build minimum viable strategies when needed
Keep focus on what actually moves revenue and impact
Create, refine, and operate within clear systems for strategy, communication, and execution
Bring a systems-thinking mindset to client growth challenges
Balance extreme attention to detail with speed and pragmatism
Continuously look for ways to improve processes using AI, automation, and smarter workflows
Work closely with internal teams across content, media, and operations
Ensure alignment between strategy and execution
Provide clear direction, feedback, and prioritization
Maintain a high bar for quality without becoming a bottleneck
Stay deeply plugged into:
Meta, Instagram, and Facebook platform changes
The creator economy and information business space
AI tools and emerging use cases for marketing and operations
Proactively bring ideas for new strategies, tools, and experiments
Clients consistently feel supported, challenged, and confident
Growth strategies are clear, focused, and tied to real outcomes
Systems are created or improved to reduce chaos and increase leverage
High-profile clients are retained and expanded
Communication is fast, friendly, and precise
You do what you say you’ll do—every time
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of direct client-facing experience
3–5+ years working with creator-led or content-driven e-learning businesses
Experience with startups or small teams—scrappy, focused, and resourceful
Deep familiarity with online courses, memberships, masterminds, and digital products
Funnel, webinars, email marketing, landing pages, and paid media experience
Heavy, daily user of social media—especially Instagram
Strong awareness of leading brands and personalities in the information business world
Excellent verbal and written communication—friendly, clear, and articulate
Strong but non-aggressive leadership presence
Ability to manage complex relationships with high-profile clients
Comfortable having hard conversations while maintaining trust
Exceptionally detail-oriented without getting stuck
High intelligence and strong business judgment
Actively employed and operating at a high level
