Responsibilities
Lead structural design efforts for a diverse range of water infrastructure projects, customizing solutions to meet site-specific conditions, regulatory standards, and project goals
Conduct detailed structural assessments and engineering analyses to inform innovative, data-driven design strategies
Prepare high-quality technical deliverables, including engineering calculations, construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, bringing creativity and technical expertise to deliver sustainable design solutions aligned with industry codes and client expectations
Support project execution by monitoring scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful, on-time delivery
Travel up to 25% to conduct site visits, participate in design meetings, and oversee construction activities, applying your expertise in real-world environments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a closely related field
8 years of structural engineering design experience, preferably supporting water/wastewater infrastructure projects
Preferred
Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline
EIT certification or PE license strongly preferred
