Growth Marketing Manager

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will lead integrated marketing and business development efforts to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and new business acquisition for revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute holistic growth strategies that merge marketing initiatives with BD pipelines, mentoring cross-functional teams for maximum impact
Craft comprehensive B2B marketing and BD plans aligned with sales objectives and Epic's zero-risk model; hire, train, and lead teams (e.g., marketers, BDRs) to optimize performance and achieve quotas
Design multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, webinars) to generate inbound leads; oversee brand research across categories (e.g., home & kitchen, beauty, electronics) and marketplaces, prioritizing high-potential partners based on fit and revenue potential
Refine Epic's narrative as the world's first Zero-Risk Global Commerce Operator; guide stakeholder identification and personalized outreach to build relationships and spark interest
Oversee creation of B2B materials (website copy, case studies, sales collateral) and outbound campaigns (video intros/audits) to support conversions and qualification
Collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership to prioritize pipelines, qualify leads, facilitate handoffs, and ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts with BD funnels
Manage platforms (website, email, social media) with SEO/SEM best practices; lead events, partnerships, and targeted initiatives for market expansion
Monitor KPIs (e.g., lead conversion, ROI, pipeline value, outreach volume) using tools like CRM or Google Analytics; analyze data, refine strategies based on trends/feedback, and report on team results
Scout ecomm trends, competitive landscapes, and global opportunities; integrate AI/automation for efficiency in prospecting and campaigns
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
5+ years in blended marketing/BD leadership within e-commerce, Amazon agencies, or marketplace services
Track record of driving measurable results (e.g., lead growth, revenue pipelines) through demand gen, sales funnels, and team management
Proficiency in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, analytics tools, and outreach platforms
Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions, plus creative ability to simplify complex concepts
Expertise in market analysis, competitive threats, monetization models, and B2B ecom best practices
Excellent communication, negotiation, team-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Deep knowledge of global marketplaces, Amazon ecosystems, and brand growth strategies
Preferred
Experience with AI-driven tools for marketing personalization or prospecting
Familiarity with ecommerce ecosystem and zero-risk commerce models
Innovative mindset for scaling integrated marketing/BD in multi-brand, global environments
