Qualification
Required
Three (3) years clinical, quality and/or relevant healthcare-related experience
Advanced analytical, communication and problem solving skills
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and database applications
Bachelor Degree Required
Registered Nurse License - Required
Preferred
Background in nursing and data management
Experience with ER, ICU, or acute care
Experience with performance improvement methodologies, tools, systems including LEAN methodology
Healthcare Specialty preferred
Masters Degree Preferred
Certified Emergency or Critical Care Certification (CEN/CCRN)
Certified Professional Health Care Quality
