The Sales Representative will guide warm inbound leads through the sales process, understanding their needs and helping them make informed decisions about pre-arranging their cremation or funeral services.

Responsibilities
Reach out to hot/warm inbound leads via phone, text, and email
Qualify potential customers and guide them through their pre-planning journey
Effectively communicate After.com's value, process, and pricing
Schedule and manage your own sales calls and follow-ups
Close deals and exceed monthly sales targets
Track activity and performance metrics in our CRM and sales tools
Collaborate with teammates to improve messaging, tools, and workflows
Qualification
Required
Must have or be willing and able to obtain a Life Insurance Producer license
1+ years of experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer success
Comfort and confidence communicating over the phone
A proactive, self-starter mindset with a drive to exceed goals
The ability to learn and use new tech tools quickly
Strong organization and calendar management skills
Empathy and professionalism when discussing sensitive topics
Motivated and commission-driven
Comfortable working autonomously and owning outcomes
Energized by a fast-paced, startup environment
People-oriented and naturally curious
Resilient under pressure and able to adapt quickly
