Sales Manager
Emergent MedTech is redefining non-surgical aesthetics by combining energy-based technology with regenerative medicine. They are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Device Sales Manager to drive growth of their regenerative and energy-based device portfolio, focusing on new business development and strategic account growth.
Responsibilities
Drive capital equipment sales within an assigned territory
Maintain and expand relationships within existing accounts
Prospect and close new business, including:
Competitive accounts
Non-core or underutilized practices
New clinics and expanding practices
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to contract execution
Develop and maintain a strong, accurate sales pipeline
Develop quarterly, monthly, and weekly territory plans
Maximize face-to-face selling time with key decision-makers
Build relationships with:
Owners
Physicians (MDs, DOs)
NPs, PAs
Practice managers and administrators
Conduct on-site demos, evaluations, and follow-up meetings
Accurately forecast revenue and submit timely reports
Work closely with:
Regional and executive leadership
Marketing team (paid leads, inbound, trade-show leads)
Clinical trainers and educators
Support trade-show strategy and execution
Convert paid marketing and event-generated leads into qualified opportunities
Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality, objections, and messaging
Attend and support national and regional trade shows
Assist with booth setup, demonstrations, and prospect engagement
Capture and leverage event momentum to drive pipeline growth
Participate in internal sales meetings, training sessions, and summits
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of B2B sales experience
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles
Proven track record of selling high-ticket solutions ($75k–$250k+)
Strong understanding of ROI-based selling
CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly
Preferred
Capital equipment or medical device sales strongly preferred
Aesthetic, regenerative, or energy-based device experience a plus
