Human Resources Business Partner
Kelly, in partnership with Johnson & Johnson, is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner. This role is responsible for deploying the talent strategy for the BioNC manufacturing site and ensuring alignment of HR resources to support business goals and strategies.

Responsibilities
Deploy the HR agenda aligned with global Innovative Medicine Supply Chain and HR strategies, ensuring integration of HR strategy into site business plans
Evaluate local business, financial, and operational drivers to inform HR solutions, including tracking performance and diagnosing capability gaps
Build trusted coaching and advisory relationships with business leaders
Identify organizational capability needs and partner with leaders to design and execute strategies that strengthen the organization
Anticipate and address future changes in business conditions in partnership with senior HR and business leaders
Leverage existing solutions and acquire resources creatively to meet evolving business needs
Drive an inclusive and high-performance culture through organizational development initiatives, coaching, and business partnership
Collaborate with Business Leaders and HR partners across BU, CS, and GS teams to align organizational needs with broader talent strategies
Execute talent strategies to grow and advance diverse talent pipelines
Support proactive workforce planning, talent pipelining, and development identification to ensure employee growth and career progression
Use data and analytics to generate talent insights and translate them into actionable solutions that support business strategy and shape organizational culture
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of professional experience
Minimum of 2 years of HR or HR-related experience
Proven commitment to building a positive and inclusive work environment
Experience managing, planning, and implementing projects and business support initiatives
Strong relationship management, coaching, and collaboration skills
Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and shape solutions through partnership
Experience using data and analytics to influence business leaders
Strong interpersonal, consultative, and facilitation skills
Ability to understand and integrate internal and external business drivers and financial metrics to drive talent outcomes
Experience leading innovative change efforts, including developing and implementing change management plans
Proficiency in MS Office and talent management technology tools
Preferred
Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or supply chain environments
Experience partnering closely with senior business leaders in a site-based or matrixed organization
Exposure to global HR models and cross-functional HR collaboration
