Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients using a provided script to deliver strategic brand messaging
Engage and build rapport with gatekeepers and decision-makers to understand their needs and share accurate information
Effectively promote the client's product
Maintain accurate records of calls in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Ability to work independently and to effectively overcome objections and handle rejection
Preferred
Additional education or experience with cold calling, sales, or marketing
