Responsibilities
Handle a broad range of family law matters, including divorce, custody, child and spousal support, and domestic violence cases
Manage cases from intake through resolution with a high level of client service
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements
Appear in court for hearings, trials, and settlement conferences
Negotiate practical, client-focused resolutions
Maintain organized case files and consistent client communication
Collaborate with attorneys and staff to support the continued growth of the Sacramento office
Qualification
Required
J.D. and active California Bar license
Significant family law experience (ideal for attorneys coming from solo or small-firm practice)
Ability to independently manage cases and client relationships
Partial of full book of business required
Strong courtroom presence, negotiation skills, and professionalism
Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in growing alongside the firm
