Own all non-technical operations across the company

Take over and systematize operational work currently handled by the CEO

Lead hiring coordination (sourcing, outreach, interview processes, closing)

Build and manage external relationships (partners, vendors, advisors, service providers)

Support business development and strategic outreach (no heavy sales execution)

Negotiate contracts, partnerships, and strategic agreements

Support fundraising efforts (investor outreach, process management, coordination)
