Managing daily customer communication and account activity
Maintaining the customer orderbook with accurate dates and status updates
Leading regular customer status calls and issue resolution discussions
Coordinating internal teams to support delivery, quality and recovery plans
Reviewing purchase orders and resolving contractual or compliance issues
Qualification
Required
Strong customer management and professional communication skills
Experience within aerospace or a regulated manufacturing environment
Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency and accuracy
Confidence working across sales, engineering, supply chain and operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer presentations
