Responsibilities
Design and execute wet lab experiments to support project goals
Independently develop and optimize methods and procedures
Analyze experimental data and prepare technical reports and summaries
Maintain complete and accurate laboratory records in compliance with GMP/GLP
Present experimental results to project teams
Troubleshoot experimental issues and implement corrective actions
Participate in cross-functional technical teams
Train and mentor junior staff as needed
Identify opportunities for process and laboratory improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline with 6+ years of experience, or
Master's degree with 1+ year of experience
Strong hands-on experience with wet lab and biological techniques
Experience working in a regulated (GMP/GLP) laboratory environment
Ability to work independently and exercise sound technical judgment
Proficient in scientific documentation and standard data analysis tools
