Sales Prospecting: Identify and pursue new leads to expand the agency's client base and reach
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest offerings in life, health, and Medicare insurance products to effectively educate and assist clients
Policy Recommendations: Present clients with tailored insurance plans that align with their individual requirements and budget
Bilingual Communication: Use your language skills to effectively communicate with clients who speak Spanish
Compliance: Ensure all transactions and interactions comply with state and federal insurance regulations and guidelines
Relationship Building: Establish strong, long-term relationships with clients built on trust, integrity, and exceptional service
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in both English and Spanish
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision
Maintain a high level of integrity and ethical standards in client interactions
Work effectively within a team and contribute positively to a collaborative work environment
Preferred
Active Life/Health/Medicare insurance license is a plus
Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is beneficial but not required
