They are seeking an accomplished Vice President to join their Funds Fiduciary team, responsible for exercising fiduciary duties, ensuring compliance, and delivering high levels of client service.

Responsibilities

Exercising fiduciary duties, reviewing transaction documents, coordinating the client acceptance process
Delivering high levels of client service while ensuring that each client relationship is compliant with internal policies and procedures
Additional duties will involve assisting with the management of junior staff and involvement with ad hoc projects and potentially representing the Maples Group at various industry association events as required

Required

a university degree with an excellent academic background
at least eight to ten years' relevant financial services experience with a particular focus on Institutional investors
strong knowledge of all forms of investment funds and strategies
experience in reviewing transaction documents and knowledge of corporate governance, relevant local laws and regulatory requirements is a must
experience liaising with lawyers, investment managers, institutional investors, administrators and other transaction parties located in various international jurisdictions is required

Preferred

an understanding of financial statements would be an advantage
