Responsibilities

Manage all environmental compliance obligations for the site
Provide technical and process support to maintain compliance with environmental regulations
Lead and administer environmental compliance programs, including Air, Water, Waste, Chemical Reporting, and others
Collect, analyze, and report environmental data to support compliance and sustainability initiatives
Ensure the facility maintains ISO 14001:2015 certification requirements
Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, both during and outside of regular business hours

Required

Experience managing environmental compliance at the site level
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage both factory leadership and production team members
Demonstrates strong self-direction and thrives in an independent work environment
Manage all environmental compliance obligations for the site
Provide technical and process support to maintain compliance with environmental regulations
Lead and administer environmental compliance programs, including Air, Water, Waste, Chemical Reporting, and others
Collect, analyze, and report environmental data to support compliance and sustainability initiatives
Ensure the facility maintains ISO 14001:2015 certification requirements
Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, both during and outside of regular business hours
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or related field

Preferred

Experience creating and/or updating environment plans, permits and standard operating procedures
Experience working in a manufacturing setting
Experience working with environment management systems and ISO 14001:2015 certification
