Own and manage the general ledger and core accounting functions

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Perform and review account reconciliations and balance sheet analysis

Lead the month-end and year-end close processes

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities

Build, mentor, and develop the accounting team

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls
