Kardex Group is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of dynamic storage, retrieval, and distribution systems. They are seeking a dedicated and driven Sales Manager AutoStore to develop new opportunities, drive sales, and successfully close projects.

Responsibilities

Develop and sell new AutoStore projects independently
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by qualifying leads originating from existing Kardex customers seeking integrated solutions (AutoStore, LG conveyor, etc.)
Document all customer interactions in Salesforce because you understand the value of data-driven sales management
Serve as the client’s advocate internally and represent Kardex clearly and professionally to the customer
Drive negotiations to ensure sustainable project success for all parties
Prioritize standard solutions where possible; custom solutions should be the exception, not the rule
Focus on closing deals—because completing projects is essential to business growth
Support the development of standard solutions, sales tools, and scalable processes
Monitor industry developments and share insights to support strategic decisions
Provide support during project execution to ensure smooth handover and customer satisfaction
Lead internal cost calculations and fixed-price proposal processes
Contribute to the improvement of templates (presentations, proposals) and sales processes
Support colleagues at other international locations as needed

Required

Highly motivated to work in a dynamic, startup-like environment with a broad scope of responsibilities
5+ years of experience in sales, consulting, or design engineering in the intralogistics industry
Proven track record of successfully closed projects in the intralogistics sector
Experience in sales, consulting, project, and team management
Strong skills in analyzing customer operations to identify business opportunities and ROI
Willingness to travel to customer sites to develop strong relationships and understand their business needs
Ability to prioritize active leads and opportunities effectively

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a similar field preferred; equivalent experience also considered
