Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive profitable growth
Manage a regional team of Sales Managers and Sales Executives, providing guidance, coaching, and performance reviews
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expand market share, and build strong relationships with key strategic partners
Monitor sales results, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to regional budgets
Build and maintain strong relationships with independent agents and other distribution partners
Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales plans

Required

7+ years insurance sales experience and 5+ years leading people
Advanced Industry experience

Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team
Advanced relationship management skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Advanced ability to demonstrate resilience
Excellent financial acumen and the ability to analyze sales trends, sales metrics, and sales data
Advanced problem-solving skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
