Compunnel Inc. is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring across professional exempt-level and sales-related roles within a financial services organization. The role requires a recruiter who can quickly ramp up, build partnerships with hiring managers, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, priorities, and timelines
Recruit for professional exempt-level roles (Marketing, Compliance, Risk, HR, Operations)
Recruit for sales and sales-support roles (Wholesalers, Relationship Managers, Implementation)
Source, screen, and assess candidates using structured interview practices
Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates
Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience
Utilize ATS and sourcing tools including iCIMS and LinkedIn Recruiter
Manage multiple requisitions while maintaining attention to detail and urgency
Ensure professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance throughout the hiring process
Qualification
Required
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (corporate recruiting preferred)
Experience recruiting professional exempt-level and sales-related roles
Strong stakeholder partnership, communication, and influencing skills
Ability to work independently and make immediate contributions
Proven ability to manage competing priorities with urgency
ATS experience required (iCIMS strongly preferred)
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Comfort learning new tools, processes, and environments
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Experience recruiting in corporate and/or financial services environments
Experience supporting both professional and sales hiring across multiple business areas
Experience conducting structured interviews
Experience with pre-recorded interview tools (HireVue preferred)
Proven success sourcing passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and CRM tools
