Technical Operations Engineer

Responsibilities
Manage a heterogeneous fleet of servers (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu and operating system server 2016/2019/2022/2025). Perform advanced troubleshooting on kernel panics, memory leaks, and I/O bottleneck
Architect and support Google Cloud Platform resources (compute engine, Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), cloud storage)
Lead the transition from manual configuration to infrastructure as code. Integrate ansible workflows with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., jenkins or cloud build) to automate the testing and deployment of infrastructure changes
Manage and troubleshoot synchronization between multiple identity providers, including bridging active directory, lightweight directory access protocol/red hat identity management and Google Cloud identity
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
3 years of experience in system administration
Experience with one or more scripting languages (e.g., Python or Go)
Experience in managing operating system environments (e.g., Linux)
Preferred
Experience in pipeline management, docker, GKE networking, data center operations, and storage servers
