Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of production planning and supply chain professionals
Own the master scheduling process, ensuring synchronization of customer orders, plant capacity, material availability, and labor constraints
Collaborate with customer service to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery
Drive proactive backlog management and forecasting updates
Partner with procurement on supplier performance and risk mitigation
Act as the primary interface with operations and engineering for material planning and NPI readiness
Deliver performance metrics such as OTD, forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and cost reductions
Lead SI&OP processes and monthly forecasting reviews
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
5–7 years of supply chain management experience, preferably in aerospace or manufacturing
Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, logistics, procurement, and inventory management
Experience with ERP systems and supply chain software
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Preferred
Master's degree or certifications (APICS, CPIM)
Aerospace or manufacturing industry experience
