Responsibilities

Patient Coordination: Guide patients through the surgical process from consultation to post-op, providing clear communication and support

Scheduling & Pre-Op: Schedule procedures and appointments, obtain medical clearances, and review surgical charts for completeness

Insurance & Billing: Explain surgical fees, assist with payment options, and obtain insurance authorizations as needed

Lead Management: Follow up promptly with new patient inquiries and maintain scheduling progress across all cases

Liaison & Workflow Support: Collaborate with surgeons and third-party providers while ensuring organized workflows and regulatory compliance

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required

2+ years of experience in surgical scheduling or a related healthcare administrative role

Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and provide compassionate, high-quality patient support
