Responsibilities

Communicate with loan partners preparing loan documents, update status of loan files and answer questions about loan conditions

Examine loan disclosures and documentation for accuracy and completeness, work with loan origination partners and lender processing staff to secure all required documents needed to purchase the loan

Reviews and clears conditions of the loan approval

Review and evaluates information on mortgage loan application to ensure accuracy and completeness, validate findings to determine that all information matches

Stays current with industry requirements and standards through various training opportunities, as well as current loan products

Meet all departmental goals for productivity, quality, and turnaround time

Remain up to date and knowledgeable on all of FNBA’s policies and procedures
