Responsibilities
Take qualified inbound and outbound leads through a structured sales process
Build trust quickly and conduct needs-based conversations that uncover pain points
Present tailored solutions and guide prospects through decision-making
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly closing targets
Provide feedback to marketing and leadership teams to improve processes and positioning
Maintain accurate deal flow and forecasting in the CRM
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in consultative sales, closing deals of $10k+
Ability to listen actively, ask powerful questions, and build strong rapport
Comfortable managing objection handling with empathy and authority
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and driven by performance and results
Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
