Workday Technical Architect
American Unit, Inc is looking for a Workday Technical Architect to support the Workday HCM Phase I implementation. The role involves working closely with HR leadership to enhance operations through change management, user enablement, and process optimization.
Responsibilities
Support the Workday HCM Phase I implementation, including Recruitment, Applicant Tracking, Onboarding, and Offboarding
Change management support
User enablement
Process assessment and optimization
Troubleshooting
Collaboration with HR and Workday delivery teams to enhance day-to-day operations
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience
10+ years of progressive experience in HR processes, particularly Talent Acquisition
Strong experience bridging HR business needs with Workday digital solutions
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Demonstrated experience with Workday HCM – 5+ years
Comprehensive understanding of HR practices, compliance regulations, and industry best practices – 5+ years
10+ years of progressive experience in HR processes and procedures, particularly in Talent Acquisition
Comprehensive understanding of the state's organizational management and culture, including organizational roles versus user roles and how organizations interact with users – 5+ years
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including HR leaders, HR business owners, and Workday delivery teams – 5+ years
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and identify solutions – 6+ years
Preferred
Public sector experience is a strong plus
Public sector experience – 5+ years
