Component Reworker
Astrodyne Corporation is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Component Reworker to join their High Power and NPI Business Unit. The role involves supporting the assembly and rework of electronic components, ensuring precision and adherence to quality standards while collaborating with engineers and team members.

Responsibilities
Support the assembly and rework of electronic components for advanced high-power products and new product introductions
Perform precise soldering of SMT and through-hole components, manual electronic assembly, and strict adherence to established quality standards and procedures to ensure reliability and performance
Collaborate closely with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and maintain compliance with ESD and 5S practices
Qualification
Required
Proven experience soldering SMT and through-hole components
Ability to perform manual electronic assembly
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Basic understanding of electronic components and assemblies
Must be able to follow procedures, and do 5S daily
Preferred
Experience with PCB assembly and rework
Ability to read schematics or assembly drawings
Familiarity with ESD (electrostatic discharge) safety procedures
Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
Good organizational and time-management skills
